Goal
The Nutrition Center offers consumers and professionals scientific and independent information about a healthy, safe and more sustainable food choice. The well-known Disc of Five information model is one of the ways to provide information, but the Nutrition Center does much more. We receive a 100% subsidy from the government for this. We do not take money from companies. We can therefore provide practical information without commercial interest.
