Goal
"The mobile future is driven by renewable energies. For maximum sustainability, it must be ensured that electric vehicles can really charge this green electricity everywhere. Users should also be able to freely choose their green electricity supplier. Ideally, you should even charge your own green electricity - even if you are not parked at the place of generation. The best example is an electric car owner with a solar system on his roof at home who charges the sun's rays from his home during the day at his workplace." "What is needed is a nationwide, affordable charging infrastructure with the following features: charging points are available wherever vehicles park longer. This will enable users who initially operate vehicles with small batteries to cover as many of their routes as possible with green electricity. At the same time, their vehicles are available as intelligent consumers that can be integrated into the grid during the typical service life of 22 hours. This is an essential aspect for the smart use and further expansion of renewable energies."
