A healthy life on a healthy planet. The Food Transition Coalition is a coalition of Dutch frontrunners in the world of agriculture, food, nature and health. We are working on new solutions for the current agricultural and food system, which is becoming increasingly bogged down in ecological, social and economic terms. The situation is urgent and playing the game greener is not the solution.
