The exchange, whose main goal is to promote local self-sufficiency and short supply chains in the Ljubljana Urban Region (LUR), was attended by 20 local food suppliers, more than 10 restaurateurs and hoteliers, and 20 representatives of primary schools, kindergartens and other public institutions, who examined the possibilities of mutual business cooperation.
