The Dublin Honey Bee Project aims to support the conservation of our native Irish Honey Bees around Dublin city; Working with Native Irish Black Bees, the Dublin Honey Project aims to produce raw honey from each of the postcodes of Dublin to showcase the amazing range of honey flavours available from our city and suburbs; educating the public about the extraordinary health boosting benefits of raw local honey; They want to encourage others to understand the value of beekeeping as an ancient indigenous craft.
