Goal
The Botanical Garden specialises in the conservation and research of trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants, particularly species indigenous to the Pomorze Gdanskie region. Since 2016, the Botanical Garden has also aimed to raise awareness and increase the environmental knowledge of visitors about the forest ecosystem and its sustainable use. In addition to opening the garden for recreational purposes, it also offers various educational trails, interactive workshops for children and adults alike about forestry, botany, ornithology and more in the garden’s education centre.
