Solavie

Goal
Community-supported agriculture. The association Solavie rents the land and employs gardeners and produce organic food. The production of the field is then shared between the association members paying a share. There is no fix price for a share. All members propose a bid until the budget for the year is covered. This system gives safe revenues to the gardeners and allow consumers to play an active role in the food system.
