Promoting the creation and active management of multifunctional green public spaces that: ensure environmental protection (safeguard the soil, aquifers, biodiversity); promote a circular economy (treatment and composting of domestic waste); encourages the creation and supports the maintenance of community-based urban farms and gardens, contributing to the combat of food insecurity as well as enhancing recreational, social and pedagogic uses of green public space ; promotes the creation of urban farming entrepeneurship; seeks to enhance active citizenship and community-based solutions to urban decay; requalification of existing public areas; promotes the health and well-being of citizens.
