The Council for Healthy Food was created to succeed in something that the members cannot do on their own: To mobilize all relevant actors and initiatives for healthy food and healthier meals across sectors, so that the members can realize the vision of , that everyone eats healthier. To that end, the Council will: … ensure that projects, ideas and actors that fit together are thought together into larger programs and long-lived efforts. ... set the agenda and create awareness about food and meals as a crucial part of a healthier life. ... create an overview of the many different initiatives within food, meals and health and create a platform for collaboration. ... create a movement for healthy food and healthier meals across sectors, organizations and companies in Denmark. ... work to make the healthy choice the easy choice in Denmark, so that it becomes easy to eat healthier meals.
