Goal
"The "Model Regulations of the Cantons in the Energy Sector" (MuKEn) are the "overall package" of model regulations in the area of energy law for buildings jointly drawn up by the cantons on the basis of their implementation experience. They form the "common denominator" of the cantons. They aim to achieve a high degree of harmonisation in the area of cantonal energy regulations in order to simplify construction planning and approval procedures for building owners and experts working in several cantons."
