"MAR encompasses a series of concerted actions aimed at combating marine pollution, making Cascais a pioneering municipality in this fight. The actions are therefore aimed at various target audiences, all of which are extremely important for an effective fight against sea pollution" Clean up the Atlantic - from Coast to Coast: This initiative provides for underwater cleaning actions to be carried out periodically along the coast of the municipality of Cascais; Clean up the Sea Brigade: This initiative is associated with Cascais Ambiente's Environmental Education programme and aims to make students in the municipality aware of the problem of marine pollution.
