The association shows consumers transparently and without judgement how food is produced in Austria, how production takes place on the farm, how processing works and how the finished product finally ends up in the food trade.
For consumers, the easily comprehensible and detailed information results in a new understanding of the interrelationships within food production and thus a higher awareness of the value of Austrian food.
