Goal
The aim of the project was to restore the wet meadows and support the return of wetland birds and amphibians, creating a reserve. The Josefov Meadows Bird Park aimed to rehabilitate the wetland and grass meadow ecosystem and promote the enhancement of the local biodiversity with the restoration of traditional irrigation systems and the creation of new ecosystem elements, such as ponds that provide food for birds and living space for many endangered species of invertebrates.
