Goal
The publicly-owned building maintenance company JNIP will carry out large-scale, standardised EE renovations within its portfolio of around 400 buildings. JNIP will motivate and support home-owner with the technical and financial aspects of implementation. Some 52 buildings with a total of 2,500 flats will be retrofitted to energy class B.
