"(...) a project that aims to train decision-makers and technicians, at the local governance level, not only for the implementation of the European Green Deal, but also for environmental action in general. With a duration of three years, this is a project to share knowledge and ways of acting for the ecological transition and aims to be a “national and international reference” in terms of environmental sustainability."
