Goal
"Future Planning, developed in partnership with the Municipality of Lousada, and the Escola Superior para o Desenvolvimento Verde , in Bryne (Norway), aims to involve educators and local policy makers by promoting the debate on good and effective land management and encouraging action, reducing the gap that is observed between the environmental discourse and its translation into practice." Their aim is to: Establish the sharing of experiences and practices with regard to the sustainable management of the territory in an environmentally responsible and socially just manner; Strengthen an updated theoretical framework in the light of current knowledge with a view to its translation into consolidated and effective practices, based on shared experiences; Foster dialogue between educators and professionals from the environment and territory in their work of training citizens who are aware of environmental issues with territorial expression.
