Goal
"Renewable energies and the absolute reduction of our energy requirements are indispensable for successful climate protection. The successes of renewables in the electricity sector must now be extended to the energy consumption sectors of heating, transport and industry, taking into account the efficiency-first principle. Only then will it be possible to replace fossil fuels as completely as possible in each of these areas and achieve the climate protection goals of the German government and the global community."
