Goal
"The project's goal is to define a strategy to fight the main plant invasive species, Acácia Spp and Cortaderia Spp, which occupy the rural and forest territory." Project Objectives 1- Direct control actions carried out by the municipality by removing the species to be combated in an area never less than 40 ha/year; 2- Commit the partners to the fight, through awareness-raising actions; 3- Significantly reduce the affected areas in order to allow for the reforestation with autochthonous species, re-establishing more resilient habitats; 4- To try out new methodologies for controlling and combating invasive species.
