Goal
Our Kraut is lovingly made by hand from organic coal from the Rotterdam region. The taste and texture are different from what you are used to: fresher and crispier. It is coarser than supermarket sauerkraut and therefore has more 'bite'. Our Kraut is also not pasteurized, which means that the living culture is preserved.
