For cost efficiency, low construction costs, energy efficiency and smart IT solutions are the technical cornerstones of the project. In addition to the actual implementation of the building, the project aims to create a community based on intergenerational cooperation and inclusion; it supports a healthy and sustainable lifestyle in a self-governing way.
