"Our aim is to use as less energy as possible throughout the district as part of the Blue Village FRANKLIN mobility concept, to generate as much renewable energy locally as possible and to cause as few emissions as possible. At the same time, the aim is to create a new quality of public space - with less car traffic and traffic that is as emission-free as possible, i.e. to reduce exhaust fumes, noise and parked public spaces".
