Name
Better climate data (part of 70by30 project)
country
Denmark
Goal
The aim of this initiative is to develop a climate footprint calculator that, with an updated data base, should make us more aware of the CO 2 footprints we leave. This gives authorities, companies and private individuals an important basis for making the best decisions in order to achieve the objective of reducing Denmark's greenhouse gases by 70 per cent. before 2030. The climate footprint calculator will be able to give a very specific answer to what CO 2 footprint a given activity or product will emit through, for example, production, use and disposal.
