Goal
The Laboratory for Urban Quality, Environment and Participation is a non-profit social promotion association born in 2006 in Turin from the discussion between a group of citizens with experiences of active citizenship in the world of associations in Piedmont and Lombardy. The social promotion activity of the Association through the involvement of citizens, associations, schools, technicians and local administrators makes use of the participation of skills in the environmental, architectural, social, cultural, educational, administrative and organizational fields. In the field of information, awareness, education and training for a sustainable and shared urban environment , the Laboratory offers participation paths to public bodies (municipalities, provinces, regions) and the third sector. The Association focuses its attention on the quality of public space by addressing issues such as sustainable mobility, urban greenery, and interculture, through participatory paths.
