As Bean is an ASBL created by a group of young bioengineers and cooks determined to support fairer and more ecological food systems. Since 2019, we have been developing various projects with the aim of facilitating a food transition in the student world. In particular, we opened our La Turbean canteen , which is experimenting with a sustainable and affordable food offer on university campuses. We also organize conferences, workshops, and we create outreach tools to better understand food-related issues.
